Malama ‘Aina means, to care for and nurture the land so it can give back all we need to sustain life for ourselves and our future generations. Join us this Friday and stop by any of these booths and give a warm welcome to
our non-profit Maui educational and environmental Ohana sharing their important and valuable information with a cause.

Malama ‘Aina Non-profit Booths:

  • Sierra Club Maui, protecting and preserving Maui Nui’s environment and important cultural sites.
  • Montessori School of Maui, growing global citizens on a LEED silver certified campus in upcountry Maui.
  • La’a Kea – a life sharing community on Maui that serves people with disabilities. Their Country Store vends local grown organic produce and handmade gifts providing meaningful work for their participants.
  • HFUU – Hawaii Farmers Union United, supporting family farmers on all islands.


Remix will be on the main stage next to Rodeo General Store, mixing it up with Funk, Latin Grooves, Hip Hop, Reggae Roots and Rock to make a great dance experience.

Pat Simmons Jr., Maui-grown musician/environmental activist/storyteller, will be playing Hawai’ian style folk & original acoustic surf-rock with messages of Aloha ‘Aina, in the Maui Hands lot across from Casanova’s.

Magician Brenton Keith & His Bag O’ Tricks will be wowing the crowd with his entertaining street performance at the top of Baldwin Avenue.

You won’t want to miss the delightful Pearl Rose, entertainer and performer with her incredibly diverse repertoire of music, on the front porch of the Antique Boutique, located just down lower Baldwin Avenue.

The Pacific Talent Search Agency, Maui’s County’s premiere Musical Talent Competition for children ages 13-19 years old will be in the Komoda parking lot (Music acts only).

We are excited to continue our KOMODA’S KEIKI ZONE, with Melissa Buck of Rainbow Chameleon Art and her one-of-a-kind creative face painting, plus Crystalline with her fantastic balloon creations, who will share their lovely art and charm with the keiki and there are some fun hula hooping activities for everybody.

Going down Baldwin Avenue by Makawao Steak House and Sip Me the upcountry classic cars will be displayed and are always such a pleasure to see.

Join Fleur De Lei, Eco Boutique where Earth Day is every day and make it a Happy Earth Day with free refreshments, and enjoy discounts on eco-friendly clothing, accessories and gifts.  They are offering a lovely wooden watch in the silent auction.

Sherri Reeve Gallery & Gifts will offer a silent auction item, proceeds going to support M3F. Hospice Maui Donations are also welcome at the gallery.

Long before Earth Day was first celebrated, antique collectors and dealers represented a movement to restore, maintain, and recycle materials.  Antique Boutique is celebrating by offering discounts on antique and vintage jewelry and unique antique wooden boxes.

In keeping a local tradition since 1926 of spreading the word of new ohana, Makawao welcomes our newest merchant members, Keani Hawaiian Jewelers and Maui Mana Smoke Shop.  Stop by a give them a howdy.

Guests may join us for dinner at one of our many award winning Makawao Restaurants or enjoy our pop up food court along Baldwin Avenue amidst our other abundant vendor offerings.
